1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
  • Damaged or defective products are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.
  • The damaged products will be delivered within 7-10 working days.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Used or installed mobile spare parts.
  • Clearance or sale items.

3. Return Process

Follow these steps to return an item:

  • Raise a Return Request via our website or email sales@5mags.com within the return window.
  • Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided.
  • Upon inspection, a refund or replacement will be issued within 15 working days.

4. Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 15 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
